In collaboration with Mercy Mission Malaysia, 20 underprivileged families from SK Bukit Jalil have benefited from our food aid and hygiene kits. We were informed by the school’s counselling teacher that she had reached out to students on why they were not attending the online classes.
Hunger, due to food insecurity is a real issue as the teacher found out that many kids didn’t have devices for online learning and had no food to eat. Hopefully, this will ease the education journey for the children and they can now hopefully study without being hungry.
